The following countries must apply for a Mexico Visa at the nearest Mexican Consulate or Embassy where they reside if they intend to visit Mexico; for tourism or business purposes.  In addition, they will require an  FMM FORM  which can be obtained online or upon arrival to Mexico.  The visa and the FMM FORM must be verified upon arrival to Mexico by an INM Immigration Agent at the  Mexico airport or border.
